We want you to love your Clever Poppy home goods, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
